Why This Practice Exists

After years working in traditional settings, I kept seeing the same pattern: high-performing individuals and couples who felt rushed, reduced to diagnostic codes, and unable to find the depth and discretion their lives required. They weren't looking for crisis intervention - they were seeking intentional growth, real tools, and a therapeutic relationship that honored their complexity. I created Luxury Life Counseling in 2021 to meet that need with the care and structure it deserves.

How I Work

My approach integrates evidence-based methods - CBT, DBT, Prepare Enrich, and Gottman-informed techniques - with genuine human connection. Clinical excellence matters, but so does being truly seen. I translate research into practical strategies while honoring your culture, identity, and lived reality. Sessions are structured yet flexible, grounded in accountability and compassion, designed to create lasting shifts in how you communicate, regulate emotion, and show up in your relationships.

Credentials & Training

I hold licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) and Clinical Practice Credential Specialist (CPCS) across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. My specialized training includes Prepare Enrich certification for couples and families, along with ongoing education in Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I've been practicing for over a decade, with eight years as a licensed clinician.

Who This Serves Best

This practice is designed for individuals and couples who value depth over quick fixes - those navigating premarital decisions, relationship transitions, family complexity, or personal growth with the understanding that meaningful change requires time, insight, and skilled guidance. If you're seeking a therapist who will challenge you thoughtfully, hold you accountable compassionately, and meet the demands of your life.
